Taradale is part of Napier City and about ten minutes from Cadbury Road, which makes it one of the quickest places for us to reach. If you ring in the morning about something that has just gone wrong, this is the part of town where the answer is most often yes.
What the houses need
Much of Taradale and Greenmeadows went up from the 1960s through the 1980s, which puts a lot of it at the age where the original hot water cylinder has already been replaced once and the second one is getting on. Bathrooms from that era are being renovated in numbers, and that is where the plumbing decisions get made early and cost money later if they are made wrong.
