Since 1964
Two generations of the same Napier family
M.T. Carroll Limited was started in Napier in March 1964. The founder's son took the business on with his wife in 1996, and the two of them still run it today.
Five plumbers on the road, two more in the office, and a lot of customers who have been with us long enough that we have now plumbed for two generations of the same families. Most of our work still arrives by word of mouth, which is the only reference that really counts in a town this size.

Common questions
Do you do emergency or after-hours plumbing?
Not as a general service. We work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and after-hours work is limited to existing customers. If it is urgent, ring 06 843 5120 and we will tell you honestly what we can do.
Are your quotes free?
Yes. We quote from a site visit or from photos you send through, whichever suits the job, and there is no charge for either.
Is there a call-out fee?
No separate call-out fee. The minimum charge is half an hour of labour.
What areas do you cover?
Napier, Taradale, Bay View and Ahuriri, plus Hastings, Havelock North, Clive and the wider Hawke's Bay. We are based on Cadbury Road in Onekawa.
Are you Master Plumbers?
Yes, our membership is current, and work is covered by the Master Plumbers Guarantee. We have a Craftsman Plumber on the team, also qualified in gasfitting and drainlaying.
How do I pay?
