Why maintenance beats reactive

Every commercial site has a handful of things that will fail eventually, and they almost always fail at the worst moment: the hot water on the first cold Monday, the drain the day before an inspection. A scheduled visit means those get found while they are still a small job, and it means whoever turns up already knows where the isolation valves are.

What you get from a small firm

There are seven of us: five plumbers on the road, plus two in the office. That means you deal with the same people every time, and it means we are honest about scale. Building services maintenance, fitouts and repairs are our work. A large new commercial build is a job for a bigger contractor, and we will say so.
